and gift baskets are delivered free to Kapalua, Napili, Kahana, Honokowai, Kaanapali, and

Q: How much does it cost to deliver
flowers to the hotel on Lanai?
A: There is a $40 charge to deliver
flowers to the hotels on Lanai.
Q: Can you write our gift message in
Hawaiian?
A: Yes. We hand write all of our cards, and are happy to translate
for you.
Q: Can you ship flowers and baskets to the
U.S. mainland?
A: Sure! Please call to make arrangements (808)276-0587.
Q: Do you make substitutions?
A: Yes, all of our gift baskets and floral
arrangements are made
to order. We
are happy to make equal value substitutions.
Q: What are your hours?
A: We answer our phone from 8am to 8pm,
seven days a week.
We are closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter so that
we can spend time with our families.
Q: What if we need to cancel our order?
A: There is no charge to cancel an order
with 24 hours notice.
If you need to cancel an order within 24 hours, you will
only be charged for what has been bought for you.
Grocery Delivery
Service Questions:
Q: How much does your service cost?
A: There
is a 30% delivery fee for all grocery orders. We charge $5
per stop for our specialty stores
(Mr. Wine, Farmer's Market, Fresh Seafood Market, Gourmet Food and Cheese
Shop).
Q: How far in advance do we need place a
grocery order?
A: The sooner the better. We ask for 24 hour notice from our visiting guests so as to make arrangements with the property
management.
As soon as we have your credit card information your
reservation is set.
Q: We are traveling with a large group for
a family reunion. Can
you deliver to
multiple rooms and condos?
A: Sure! We can accommodate large groups with
either 'welcome' baskets (or coolers) filled with
snacks, or full service grocery delivery.
Costco runs available, too.
Q: Can I add a few things to your "grocery
essentials" package?
A: Yes, you may either call it
in to us or simply type it into the
"comments" section of your
shopping cart. You will receive an
email conformation. The price charged on your card will
reflect the items you added.
Q: Can I make changes to my order after
I've confirmed delivery with my credit card?
A: Absolutely! Just call or email us.
Q: Do I need to use your grocery list?
A: No,
you may email, fax, or call in any order or list. You may use the grocery lists that we
provide as a guide, or type right on them form and "submit" them by eMail.
