Demming's Delivery Service Company Policies
1. Grocery orders should be placed at least 24 hours in advance. "Rush" orders available (for an additional fee). Scheduled weekly deliveries for seniors available at a discount.
2. We shop at the finest large grocers in the area. Please specify if you require organic produce, gourmet food, or excellent wine as that requires an added trip to a specialty store.
3. We will do our best when selecting requested grocery items. We DO NOT return products, so please be very specific when ordering. Occasionally some sizes or brands will not be available here. Should that occur, we will use our best judgement. If a close replacement is not desired, please note that on your order.
4. We guarantee our friendly service to be safe, efficient, reliable, and convenient.
5. We deliver all perishable items at 40 degrees F. or below, assuring safe transfer from the store to your refrigerator.
6. There is a 30% grocery delivery fee added to the total bill. The minimum fee collected by us for grocery delivery is $30. There is no minimum order. There is a $5. per stop charge for specialty shops
(including, but not limited to Mr. Wine, Farmer's Market, Specialty Seafood, and Gourmet Meat and Cheese shop).
7. Orders are confirmed via email or phone after credit card information is received.
8. Cancellation Policy: There will be no charge for orders cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery, unless specific items were ordered in advance. You are responsible for buying what has been purchased for you, as we do not return items.
9. All tips will be given to the driver/delivery person that handled your order.
